Notifications

The system can send notifications to users about incomplete/unlocked records.

• Notification name - The name of the notification
• Start Date - Before this date no Emails will be sent
• End Date - After this date no Emails will be sent
• Email - Which email should the notification be sent to
• After - Set the time between the 'Of' date and the notification being sent.
• Of - Select the date the notification should be based on.
• Condition - Which records should be included in notifications.
• Repeat - How often to repeat the notification after first sent

Notification message - This is the email that will be sent to the study users when it meets all the conditions above. In your message you can add special variables which will output the correct data for that particular user. These variables must be wrapped in curly braces.

• {sitename} - The site the record is in .
• {caseid} - The case id of the record.
• {status} - The record status.
• {lockedstatus} - The locked status of the record.
