Allocation

This page is where you allocate the sites who are able to join the study. The list of sites on the left hand side are sites that aren't allocated the to the study and can't enter data, on the right hand side is the sites that are allocated and able to join the study.

To search for a site you can first of all search for the site in the 'Site Options' box. If you aren't seeing the site you are looking for please check the study type is included in the 'study type' tab to the right is correct first.

This will not work for sites outside of the UK, please speak to Net Solving if you need a site outside the UK added. If the study type is correct and the site still isn't showing in the search then you can search for the site via the NHS Database.

1. Enter the name or post code of the site and click 'Find'
2. Select the site you want to import
3. Click 'Update/Import'
4. You should see the the site in the 'Selected Sites' if you don't then you haven't entered the correct study type in the 'study type' tab.
